Specific Responsibilities
- Process payments, create reservations, and answer calls or emails.
- Check customers in upon arrival, deliver energetic pre-game introductions, and explain safety rules and guidelines.
- During game play, Game Masters monitor customers via cameras and provides “clues” when necessary.
- Debrief teams when game is complete and take group photos.
- Once a game is complete, Game Masters reset the game for the next group.
